Thank you - I have heard about putting on "the area" - which kinda made me laugh! haha. The problem isn't really down there, although its not 100%, the main problem is in my tum, and my tongue feels like I've just eaten a jar of vege/marmite!! I wake up in the morning with a nasty taste in my mouth like I'm dehydrated, but I'm not, because I drink enough (if not more than I'm supposed to)....anyway, I'm going to do a bit of trial and error with the diet, making sure my IBS doesn't get affected too badly, its a real balancing act all of this. They do say that candida albicans can cause IBS, I've had these symptoms for a long long time, so maybe thats what has affected my IBS!?! Who knows eh! Thanks for your post xx
