Tofu salad sandwhich sounds alright. I've always like chicken salad, tuna salad, etc. (hey, I suppose I could try that in a bit too!). What do you need to know to buy tofu? It comes in different firmnesses? What firmness for tofu salad would you recommend? Is there anything else you need to know to choose it? Where do you find it in a store (like Walmart, etc?) is it with the meats? Refridgerator, Freezer?

How exactly do you cook with it? I think I've had it before, and I didn't hate it, so I'm sure there are many things you can do with it. I've never actually cooked with it though. I can remember when I was little, one of my father's Indian grad students cooking with it in our kitchen once. He put it on the counter, and told me to poke it, and it jiggled. I can't remember if I like the food or not, just that this big man ate strange jiggly food, hehe.

I'm certainly learned allot. Being more conscious of what I put in my body, and learning more and more choices. That's probably good for *anyone*. But yes, allot of trial and error...hehe.
