~Benefiber: did nothing, but at higher doses a bit of pain/bloating/gas
~Acacia: bad pains/bloating/gas
~Metamucil: YAY!!! Able to eat a wider variety of foods without the attacks Also helps me go a little...not enough, but hey, I'm stickin with it! Sooo happy I tried this
~Fiber Choice: Just started in conjunction with the Metamucil, unsure how this will affect me. One gram at a time has no bad effects, not sure about higher then that.
