A doctor I went to years ago who was a complete A, sorry, also told me to stop bending forward, that I needed to sit up straight, and that only let me believe even more that he had not a clue about what I was telling him, how I had to push with all my might and with physical force to get the gas out. I would like to see him try that sitting up straight. Didn't he ever see a women giving birth when she is in that final push, laying down but leaning forward and pushing. Well believe me, i have just sat there up straight for hours and tried to let my body do it's own thing, but it doesn't. Direct force and leaning forward is the only way to give birth to that life destroying gas.
