Yeah, I knew it was supposed to be a short-term thing, I just told myself I would stick to it for 'a few days' until it was at least safe for me to leave the bathroom and sit at my desk for doing my work. (I think several of my textbooks spend more time in the bathroom than in class!) I took longer than I hoped to stabalize just that much, and I was so afraid of a backslide. I'm feeling less tentative though, (and much better too!) and ready to try new things (carefully!). I've also been gradually increasing my SFS and I think I'm getting closer to a dose that works for me.
Oh, yes. Chicken recipes, of course. That would work, then I could volunteer to cook them for my family, and then I could eat them too. That's what I've been doing for dessert now. I started just making some for me, when they had something I couldnt' have. But now, they are eating what I'm making too. All this time though, I've been having to making myself a "separate dinner" which explains why all my choices have been so quick/ single-serve. Excellent! I'll see if there is already a plan for dinner tonight, and if not, I'll try that tonight!
