Re: A question for everyone about SFS       03/24/05 01:05 PM Edit Reply Quote Dr. Spice Yamin Reged: 04/15/04 Posts: 3286 Loc: Maryland I started off with fiberchoice.. but it didn't really do anything for me... then I switched over to acacia last may and have been increasing ever since.. I got up to the maximum dose, and honestly it didn't really do anything for me. None of them give me bad gas or bloating or anything.. but they also don't make me IBS go away. I've been off SFS for about a month cause I wanted to see just how much of a difference the acacia made since i'd be on it for along time.. and I am absolutely no worse off or better off now than I was when I was on acacia. Sorry.. I might try another one soon when I get more money but maybe not. they don't see to do much for me. -------------------- Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
