Fia - I know exactly what you mean. Unfortunately, I believe this is one of the main causes that brought on my IBS anyway. I could never "go" when soemeone was around. I mean physically coudn't. I really did try. And then one night it just felt like something "ripped" in my left side. blah blah blah...I won't go into all detail, but yeah, I know what you mean.
