I'm sure all are getting tired of my whining. I'm trying to stay positive, but it's hard when pain and C are so bad even when I am trying sooo hard and can't figure out what I am doing wrong.
I tried benefiber, but that hurt me so bad. Thanks for sharing your experience. I guess I'll just keep trying to find one. But maybe my body is telling me it doesn't like any SFS, although it seems like I would need this for my chronic C. But they make pain and gas worse and citrucel doesn't give me much help with the constipation either.
Okay, now I'm even getting sick of myself, so I will try not to post such negative posts for today. I'll try!
