Mustard is a digestive aid!

I have personally had no problems with mustard whatsoever. In fact, Heather has a very good post about mustard here: web page.

She makes a very good point in saying to check what else is in your mustard. Perhaps look for a mustard with no HFCS or other bad ingredients at a health food store.

Sorry to hear that Belinda has had a bad experience with mustard. And perhaps if you continue to have problems with products that have mustard on them and you have ruled everything else out, then maybe you might be like Belinda and simply cannot have mustard.

Please do the trial and error thing though. I hate to see so many people rule out yummy foods that they can have because they are afraid to see if it is a trigger or not.
