I ended up finding and buying Fiberrific. Taste-Free, All Natural, Dissolves Completely in beverages and soft foods and got so excited. I didn't remember the info from the site correctly and thought inulin was okay. The ingredients say that it is only 97% partially hydrolized Inulin (a 100% natural fiber from chicory root). I did a search as I do before touching anything new and inulin is none to be bad for gas and bloating, the two of my hugest and worst symptoms *sigh* what's a girl to do? try it and take the risk of making it worse? or take it back unopened? let's start the poll...................lol -------------------- Microscopic Colitis, IBS-A, GERD, Hiatal Hernia Bethany, Ontario, Canada Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
