Portion sizes for SF?       03/18/05 12:33 PM Edit Reply Quote cailin Reged: 08/12/04 Posts: 3563 Loc: Dublin, Ireland Just a quickie- does anyone else find they are eating more than one person's portion of rice etc? I realised that what I was eating was the pack's guide of TWO portions. I am only little (133lbs) but felt I needed this amount to feel full/safe?
