You had a bit of mayo AND avacado and the turkey had oil...could be too much fat even as a bit of each thing. Maybe you have a hard time digesting carbs and protein together? The tiny bit of dairy woulda done it for me! It could also be the shiatsu. If someone pressed on my tummy too hard it'd hurt me! I hope you feel better...and that you are able to figure this out.
