The problem with Chamomile tea...

...is that it needs to be brewed REALLY strong to help! Soemtimes I even have to reheat my cup as it's cooled down by the time the chamomile's strong enough! Using two teabags helps, or brewing it in a pot (stays hot longer).

But I've found it really helpful and just what I need when I have an attack. I now tend to brew it with fennel and lavender - it's my magic drink!
