She actually had a book called 'Sugar - Mankind's Number One Enemy'. All these debates go back quite a long way ... I agree sugar should be used as a condiment and also it should be served without guilt or anxiety! It took me a long time to stop seeing sugar as the enemy, to break the cycle of bingeing and punishment and concentrate on eating in moderation.
