is just trial and error. There is psyllium in products such as metamucil which many C folks find helpful, but also notorious for causing gas and bloat!!

Or Citrucel tablets and/or clear mix powder, which is what I currently take. Some take Fiber Choice. None of those contain gums. The only ones that contain gums are acacia and benefiber.

Unfortunately, you just need to try one to see if your body tolerates it or if it just causes you worse problems. It's frustrating if you don't find one on the 1st or 2nd try. And expensive to have 3/4 containers left of these useless SFS!
