Since August, I've been a regular drinker of Traditional Medicinals Ginger Aid tea, about two cups a day. It's been over a week since I stopped drinking it, and I've (happily) noticed that the pain I was having in my lower abdominal area has gone away. Also, I don't have to urinate as frequently (usually had to immediately after drinking the tea, didn't experience this before starting the tea drinking).
I was drinking it for nausea and mild indigestion, per doctor's recommendation, but I no longer feel nauseated and I'd rather not deal with the intestinal cramps. I don't know if it's the ginger or the additional ingredients/herbs:
Ginger rhizome 1180 mg. Proprietary blend: blackberry leaf, stevia leaf, lemon myrtle leaf (Backhousia citriodora).
Any thoughts? Or suggestions for other ginger tea preparations? I do like how it tastes! Thanks for your help!
