My hubby took awhile to come around but now that he sees that I am better after following Heather's diet he is a lot more supportive. I think they just tend to want to fix things for us woman and when they realize they can't fix the IBS they get frustrated which can come off as unsupportive. And nobody can be as supportive as someone who knows exactly what you are going through. And we all know what you are going through so lean on us if you need to and ask questions if you need to.
