My complaints include constipation and flatulence. Recently I tried colon cleansing products. They were easy and amazing. I obviously needed them. Has anyone else tried them?
I have remained on their fiber and take some every morning.
I am also drinking eaters digest tea by Traditional Medicinals (it contains ginger, peppermint, fennel and an assortment of other things). I drink several cups a day, especially after meals and I am really impressed so far. It is doing some good things.
I also have an appointment scheduled with a hyponosis next week. We shall see.
