Re: How do you prevent an IBS-C attack from happening?       03/02/05 03:22 AM Edit Reply Quote nikjones_uk Reged: 01/04/05 Posts: 700 When I was younger I used to suffer with really bad-doubled-over-in-pain type cramps, but I usually cured it by eating something soluble or as Linz says, peppermint tea. It was so severe that it would disable me for a while, until I could squeeze the gas/BM out! Since I developed full blown IBS and being on this diet, I haven't had one of those types of cramps - have you tried this diet as yet? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
