As for what to eat? Here is my list of things I love that are safe... 8th continent lite chocolate milk is wonderful, I LOVE IT! Thomas plain bagels fourtune cookies corn pops baked potatoes plain grilled chicken on sourdough bread veggie hot dogs squash w/o skin english muffins smuckers seedless strawberry jam These are what I eat in the middle of a flare up when I can't eat anything... good luck Kiki Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
