Heather, please help me figure out the dosage       07/29/03 12:58 PM Edit Reply Quote BL Reged: 06/01/03 Posts: 3522 Heather, if 2 of the Fiber Choice tablets provide 4 grams of soluble fiber, then how many tablets would you recommend taking a day? The container says the usual adult dose is 2 tablets per day with the maximum dose being 6 tablets a day. How do these tablets compare to the powder supplements such as Citrucel, as far as dosage is concerned??? Don't IBS'ers normallly need more than the recommended dose on the container?
