They're both good, of course, but ginger would be more useful for nausea, where peppermint is better as an antispasmodic. (Note that you have to down a lot of them to equal what you'd get in a capsule, but still.) So it really depends on what you're wanting them for. I've never bought the ginger ones, because I don't think ginger candy is really strong enough when I'm nauseous - I tend to chew on crystalized ginger (or the ginger chews I mentioned, which are REALLY strong and not sweet).
