IBS and diabetes       02/23/05 08:20 AM Edit Reply Quote skssgowdy Reged: 12/03/04 Posts: 3 I was just told by my doctor that my glucose was high and I needed to watch sugars and starches. The starches are what has made the difference for me! Breads, rice, potatoes...they all have seemed to help cure my symptoms. Is there anyone out there in the same boat? My grandmother was a diabetic and I do not want to get that way if I can help it. Any help would be appreciated! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
