I have done a lot of research on this, is that when you buy chocolate like this, there is already "butter" in it, but it's not dairy butter, it's cocoa butter from the cocoa bean. Somwhere, as an additive (and I know its not the soy lechitin), caffeine is added, which makes it a trigger.
