Hi guys, I just wanted to share this 'cause I get so much pleasure out of it and figure maybe you can too! I used to get sooooo sick of chicken 'cause I was eating it so much, but when we moved back to Canada my mom has this WICKED pan.. I think it's called a 'grill pan'. It's a really heavy, metal pan with ridges in it so when you cook stuff on it it tastes like it has been grilled. I just looooove cooking with it now 'cause I can just marinade chicken in pretty much anything, and then "grill" it and it just tastes so yummy!! Here is a picture I took of ours:
