How do you find a good , supportive doctor!       02/17/05 07:43 PM Edit Reply Quote Augie Reged: 10/27/04 Posts: 5807 Loc: Illinois I called my OB, whom I really like and he referred me to a GP and a GI. The GP is not covered by my type of insurance and the GI can't get me in until August 23rd! The other GI he recommended won't see me unless I have a referal from a GP, so I'm stuck. I need a good doctor NOW!! This is so frustrating to feel like there is noone out there to help me find out what's wrong with me. I'm scared and noone will help or I can't find the doctor who will help. How can you find a good doctor by turning to the yellow pages?
