Natural Remedies For C ??       02/16/05 08:31 AM Edit Reply Quote Kimm Reged: 03/10/04 Posts: 1171 Loc: Toronto, Ontario, Canada Ever since the D attack I had a couple weeks ago I've been having SERIOUS problems with C. I've increaed my SF by almost 2 tablespoons in 2 weeks and nothing!!! I'm drinking ALOT of water and exercising every single day. I've been eating a lot of insoluble fibre hoping that it will cause some kind of movement but nothing is happening!! I do not want to take a laxative....I am sooooo against laxatives.
