Well, I made it through a week long trip and conference in Chicago with only a minor attack towards the end of the trip. I was wondering if it was because I ate more daily than I do when I am at home. There was a buffet for every meal and I had my fill of lots of safe foods, but I think I ate a bit too much. Has anyone noticed they get attacks when they eat too much of a good thing? I also had a horrible period while I was there which caused me to faint on the plane and then again while I was there. I went to the ER and they said it was due to bad uterine cramps. I am getting this all checked out this week. I am off in a few days for another training for 8 days and think this one will be more challenging in terms of eating safe foods. I will bring a lot of safe foods in my suitcase.
