I was reading through your post and noticed that you needed a gluten free sub for coffee. I have not tried this product but i saw it in the health food store. It is called Soyfee and the literature says that it is gluten free. There website is www.soycoffee.com you may want to check it out if you don't have a problem with soy. I have not tried it yet but I would like to. Check it out if you get a chance. I am gluten intolerant and also have IBS so I'm careful about what I drink and eat. Soyfee is also awesome! It probably tastes the most like real coffee... very similar to Rocamojo. I've tried all these things...
