What brands do you guys use for magnesium? Mine are "Nature Made". I want to use magnesium but it seems to give me gas. I don't know what exactly is making me gassy, the contents are Magnesium oxide, cellulose gel, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate. Anyone have this problem?? I want to find a replacement that doesn't cause gas. Is there anything else besides magnesium that I can use also? Thanks.
