Which is why I wouldn't be where I am today without my allergist (who is also a naturopath) as he gives me a chart of what to take and when. So glutamine, I take 2 tabs 20 mins before brekkie, and then 1 tab 20 min before lunch. The glutamine is meant to be good for your bowels as it reduces anxiety. I don't how you guys do this on your own! So many supplements that people take! And it must be so hard to start something, and try and work out whether it is working or not. I've put my health into the hands of my allergist and do just as he tells me to. Lucky for me his advice has worked wonders. I can sympathise with how lost you all feel at times.
