I have a recipie that might help you: 1 cup of oat 6 cups of water a pinch of salt some sugar for better taste Boil like oatmeal for about 5 minutes. Strain into a pitcher, drink hot or chill it to put in refrigerator for later use. I usually make a big batch to put in the refrigerator and heat it to room temperature in the microwave owen.
