Fresh Grocer on 40th and Walnut has some stuff, soy meats, cheese, milk, and such, and rice stuff as well. If you can't find stuff there, there's a Whole Foods on 10th and South St, as well as one up by the Art Museum. The one on 10th and South is a little easier to get to via SEPTA, so I've only been to that one. Trader Joe's is alright, I can find No Pudge (fat free) brownie mix there and dairy free frozen pizzas there cheap. Let me know if you need more info.
