Hello everyone,
I have recently been diagnosed with IBS from a viral infection, we don't know if this will be chronic or not. Before all this happened, I was a person who loved to eat salad and fresh fruit almost constantly, my diet consisted mainly of fresh fruits and veggies. Now, I cannot tolerate almost all raw foods. I was only given immodium to control the problems I am having, and was not advised to change my diet. This website has been invaluable to me and has helped me tremendously, thanks to all. I was wondering if anyone has had any success with juicing foods and having some raw fruit/veggie juice and not having an attack or a wicked case of loose b.m. I really miss having my two or three salads a day and was wondering if there was any way I could incorporate fresh veggie juice, starting off very slowly of course. Anyone tried this? Any advice before I try. I am most days terrified to eat the wrong foods, I have been having a lot of rice and bananas lately as my system cannot seem to tolerate anything right now.
Thanks in advance.
Holly
