This is day 2 on the IBS, sugar free, exercise diet LOL I am detoxing from sugar withdrawl. I have to eat quite frequently. Getting in soups and rice/brown rice pasta and trying with my liquids too (but for some reason water makes me nauseous!?) Anyone wanna go through sugar withdrawl with me...or at least be my encouragement? IBS diet...I have y'all on my team already!!!! Drinking enough water a day...anyone for that? (I'm still working on my 3rd glass!) And how about exercise? I rode my bike for 5 mins (remember...fibro girl here), danced for 15 mins and lifted soup cans LOL (This was yesterday btw). I need support to keep this up. Each thing I'm doing supports the other thing I'm doing...ya get me? So...whaddya say?
