Aloe juice is just the "watery" part of the aloe vera plant. I'd known it had healing properties when used externally, but there is apparentyly evidence that when ingested, it has healing properties on the digestive tract. It supposedly cleanses things and calms irritation, etc. I've heard it gives people with D more D, but it does not give me D at all nor the cramps, etc of things that are too harsh. It is not a laxative. I read about it in my bookf "Nutritional Healing" and had heard some on it other places, too. So anyway, I'm trying it and something is working, I can only assume it is helping!
Good luck on your test!!
