Michele, question about Miralax & Acacia       01/31/05 07:38 AM Edit Reply Quote bellshel32 Reged: 10/28/04 Posts: 371 Loc: Kansas, USA I've been taking Miralax in the morning, which seems to work better for me than taking it at night. Do you only take Acacia once a day (with your Miralax)? I've had trouble with C &/or hard stools when I take Acacia anytime during the day. But when I don't take the Acacia, the Miralax gives me soft bm's (which is a good thing!). Sorry if tmi, but I appreciate your advice because you've also tried Miralax for a long time. ps I quit Miralax for a while because I didn't think it was working on me anymore. But I recently realized that maybe it was because my pharmacist switched me to the generic. So I asked for the name brand again, and it's working great. Don't know if it's just a coincidence.
