Yes, I've eaten lettuce and tomato as well as the walnuts (which are cooked in the microwave with water brown sugar and cinnamon to carmelize them) without a problem.I used a small amount of soy milk, but as I said it didn't cook for long, like it did the time I used it in the rice pudding recipe. The only other thing I can think of is I rode my bike for about 25 miles yesterday and maybe it put stress on my system, though I felt fine and drank plenty of water to keep from dehydrating. The weather wasn't hot or humid, which usually will affect me. So, I'll keep searching for answers. I am determined to overcome this!! Thanks again for your support.
