Shane says if this is something that you want to have with you like in a fanny pack for energy...what you want are carbs & sugar i.e. poweraide (I drink these with no problems), luna bar(all safe), any fruit you can tolerate, honey (they make those little straws), bread.... any carbs...and they will break down into sugar.
