Found this post while looking back since I am stil fairly new.
I believe in my case this was problem of getting diverticulitis. My problems really started after an atack of dysentery after a cheap exciting holiday to sunny Mexico in early 70's. I came home with dysentery as well as typhoid and was sick for about three months. And having a gall bladder removed last year certainly doesn't seem to help.
However I also take dilantin on a regular basis since childhood and was not aware until recently that it is a major cause of diverticulitis.
So what I have I'm obviously stuck with, I presume your books are also suitable for diverticulitis sufferers. But at moment with a looming Canadian postal stroke I'll hold off ordering.
