Lentils and/or Chickpeas, but especially lentils       01/26/05 07:13 PM Edit Reply Quote Augie Reged: 10/27/04 Posts: 5807 Loc: Illinois I want to try and start incorporating lentils and/or chickpeas into my diet. For those of you who eat lentils, do you buy them canned or dry? If dry, do you soak them overnight? Are the Red lentils easier to digest? Or doesn't it matter what color they are?
