I've been kind of on the fringes of the Website for a few months now, even posted one or two things, but haven't really gotten into it. Since I feel like getting more involved, I thought I'd say "Hi".
And, of course, thanks. To Heather for her work, books, encouragement, and this Website. And to everyone on the Boards. Just knowing the support is out there would be wonderful enough, but when I think about how much great advice and information I've pulled off the Boards, I really want to say "Thank you".
As for the cornmeal part of the message, I have a question. The last time I went to the store, I bought Arrowhead Mills Corn Meal (that's all they had). When I got it home, I read the ingredients (a little late, I know) and the only one is "Organic Whole Grain Yellow Cornmeal". I can't be sure since I don't have an old box, but I think the corn meal I was using before didn't say anything about "whole grain". I know whole wheat can be a trigger for some people (it's a very powerful one for me). So, is "whole corn" bad, too?
