G-Zymes...       01/22/05 08:20 AM Edit Reply Quote jessica28 Reged: 08/10/04 Posts: 294 Loc: Phoenix, AZ Hi Augie, I went on the web page about the other form of triphala and saw that they recommended those g-zymes for IBS. It's supposed to help with digestion and all. I ordered some because I'm curious...they seem to be much stronger than the digestive enzymes I take now. Just curious if you had read about that. Once I get them I will let you know. So far on the triphala...not a whole lot has happened, but it did say to take a few weeks for good results...I think it has helped me with digestion though...how are you doing?
