Hi all

I have two topics for this post:

1. I just wanted to say how much success I've been having with taking 2 digestive enzyme caplets before meals. I'm not stable at all right now (I'm eating real food - i.e. not just the 'what to eat when you can't eat anything' foods, but I'm still getting D everyday), but I'm really quite amazed at what I can eat without feeling terrible after when I take these caplets first! I don't know how long-lived these effects will be, but I just wanted to say that!

2. I had an appointment with my doctor today to discuss some perscription med options, specifically antispasmodics. She gave me a prescription for Dicetel, a calcium antagonist antispasmodic that I think is only available here in Canada. She said that there are a lot fewer side effects than with some of the the anticholinergic antispasmodics. I haven't started taking it yet, I was just wondering...

- for those who are taking this or have taken it, what your success/experiences have been, and
- what dosage you take and when for the best results

Thank you!

Laurel.
