Don't know if this will help or not. I, too, am on Reliv--have been for about 2-3 months. However, am a little confused as to your 'recommended' dosage.
I was told and after much reading on their website, that the recommended dosage is 1scoop of Reliv twice/day and 1/2 scoop of Innergize twice/day. And I've never heard or read anywhere that we are to use the bigger scoop that's found in the Innergize. I am IBS-D, and have not had any problems getting used to it. But I'm not trying to take as much as you are either. I've also read and heard that the Fiberstore is an excellent product to begin taking for the fiber. Haven't gotten brave enough to try that.
I take about 2tbs of acacia each day-1/2 in the am with tea and the rest in tea before bedtime as my problems occur first thing in the mornings.Than I
take 2 Fibercon before lunch and before supper and that combo has seemed to work so far for me. However, I'm thinking of trying the Fiberstore at some
point to see if I could get away from doing the other stuff. I'm also taking 20mg. of Elavil each evening.
My advice? For what it's worth, I would not take so much of the Reliv and Innergize and see how that goes. My understanding is that you are getting the recommended dose in the quantities I mentioned above. Secondly, I, too,
had problems with the acacia starting out and thought I'd NEVER be able to get past the gas/bloating. But I did and it was due to going very slowly. Took me several months to reach the dose I'm on now.
