Re: Pears       01/19/05 09:32 AM Edit Reply Quote melissam Reged: 12/13/04 Posts: 308 Loc: Scranton Pennsylvania Yepper- that is where I got my "mixed"info from- On the one page where it lists some examples of soluble and insoluble fiber it is listed as insoluble, but in another section it says make sure you get enough of soluble fiber by eating pears,sweet potatoes... Maybe I will pass on the pear today and just grab some baby food pears. Any kind??
