...ah, but it's not. If you read the fine print every product contains SOME whole grain, but NOT necessarily all whole grain. Sneaky advertising huh?

Anyway, welcome to the board, the greatest place on the internet!

Whole grains, including whole wheat, are ESSENTIAL for our long term health. We just have to eat them more carefully than other people. Mixed with soluble fiber is a good way. I eat a 12 grain bread that is mostly just white flour, but has some good insoluble fiber in it too from the other 11 grains!! The General Mills cereals that are a blend of whole and non-whole grains are another good solution.

Does that make any sense at all??!! I'm so tired I can't tell!
