In fact, at first I was increasing at the miniscule rate of 1/4 tsp every three days! I just felt intuitively that it would work better long term, like they say weight lost slowly is more likely to stay off. I was willing to be patient, figuring it had taken this many years to get my body this messed up, so it was going to take a while to get it healthy again. Must have worked since I haven't had D in over a year!!! Don't get discouraged. Just take it slow and easy and one day and one dose at a time.
