One after Breakfast and one after dinner. But since one dose says 60% of DV that would put me at a total of 120% for the day. That seems high since one dose is only 36mg! That's only a total of 72mg for the day! Way less than Heathers warning of 2000mg. (I think that's what her warning was for). Does that sound right that only 36 mg would be 60% of DV?
