welcome welcome!! isnt this site the best? i had been suffering myself too--for 2 years since i was 17. im 19 now and had been at such a loss as for what to do bc everything seemed to fail. i started looking up information to establish some kind of diet that would be easy to follow and came across this site too. i ventured in and found loads of helpful tips and am suffering less then i was and couldnt be happier! ive learned more in maybe...a month and a half about my sydrome then i did in the 2 years of dealing with it blind. im so glad that you had the same reaction. i had no idea so many people were suffering from this problem too. i never talked about it as i was usually too embarrassed. the best advice i can give you is to go vegan. you can find the best food substitutes and it helps alot with the symptoms and if youre not for that much of a change..anything organic rocks. especially soymilk--it has become my new favorite! anyways, welcome and good luck on your path to healing=) peace
